Walker performed assessments of the MEP systems for multiple Wells Fargo locations. Walker also performed Building Envelope Infrared Thermal Imaging (IR) assessments.
Our team assessed the existing MEP systems and reviewed documentation on existing architectural and MEP systems. We performed visual and infrared thermal imaging of the building elevations. Based on observations, we developed recommendations for upgrades of the existing MEP systems. Also, Walker provided MEP renovation design drawings and MEP construction cost estimates.
