Lee Gross is a Vertical Transportation Consultant out of the Atlanta office.  Lee’s background includes all facets of the Vertical Transportation business including new design, maintenance and repair, and modernization.

Lee brings with him over 6 years of experience in the vertical transportation consulting field.  Lee’s consulting experience is heavy in the new design / new installation segment but also performs modernizations, condition assessments, due diligence, capital planning, and maintenance audits working with clients spanning all market sectors including Higher Education, Office, Residential, Healthcare, Airports, and Industrial.  Before joining Walker in 2025, he was a vertical transportation consultant in the Atlanta region at a top elevator consulting firm.
