Carlos Garza is Senior Consultant in our Austin office. A structural consultant, Carlos brings nearly 20 years of experience tackling complex structural challenges from construction and design defects to material failures and full structural collapses.
Carlos has led countless investigations, combining field expertise with structural modeling, material analysis, and repair design to help clients understand what happened and how to fix it. Expertise includes structural modeling, concrete material analysis, and implementing effective repair strategies. Proven track record in evaluating structures impacted by durability issues such as alkali-aggregate reaction, corrosion, sulfate attack, and delayed ettringite formation. Licensed in Texas, Florida, and Puerto Rico, with advanced training in nondestructive evaluation and dynamic load investigations, including vibration and seismic activity assessments.
